Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Development and Maintenance:
    -Lead the development of key customer within the designated country.
    -Establish collaborations with distribution partners, large-scale manufacturing clients, and prominent cultivation facilities with nationwide reach.
    -Achieve annual sales targets within the assigned region by leveraging sales policies and conducting training for customer teams.
    -Drive the establishment and expansion of localized secondary distribution networks through training initiatives and sales policies, ensuring the sustainability of the sales model.

  • Tailored Application and Promotion Strategy Planning:
    -Develop customized, region-specific application and promotion plans for collaborative clients.
    -Organize communication sessions with customer teams to provide insights into product technology, technical promotion, and marketing strategies.
    -Enhance product sales by empowering customer teams with the necessary tools and knowledge.

  • Registration:
    -Complete the legal and regulatory registration process for the company's product lines in the designated country or market.
    -Align the product positioning and registration to match the specific requirements of the target market, enabling swift product entry and sales deployment.

  • Experimental Demonstration Planning:
    -Devise effective field trial plans tailored to local crops and company products.
    -Develop trial demonstration plans for established client partnerships to ensure increased product visibility and sales in demonstration markets.

  • Brand Promotion and Technical Marketing:
    -Formulate and execute comprehensive brand promotion strategies aligned with the company's image.
    -Implement product technology marketing initiatives within the local industry, market, and distribution channels.
    -Elevate the company's technical expertise and product recognition by enhancing its presence and influence in the local market.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in agronomy, plant protection, or marketing-related majors.

  • Strong business communication skills, proficient in English.

  • Over 3 years of experience in channel development and product promotion in the agrochemical industry. Have local customer resources is preferred.

  • Experience working for internationally renowned companies (such as Bayer, BASF, Syngenta) or well-known agricultural companies is preferred.
